About Denise Fournier
After serving 22 + years in the US Air Force I retired and decided to move to beautiful western North Carolina with my wonderful husband Greg (also a retired Air Force veteran). We fell in love with the majestic mountains, rushing creeks and streams, but most of all, we fell in love with the people. We have lived in Maggie Valley for over 5 years and love every minute of it! After retirement I wanted to do something completely different. What better career to have than working in real estate in an area I truly love. Carolina's Outer Banks since I was 13 and finally made it to the other side of the state and the Great Smoky Mountains. I have an A.S. in Allied Health Science and Financial Management from the Community College of the Air Force and in my spare time I love to cook and practice yoga; but mostly I enjoy spending all my time with my husband hiking and camping with our snarky Dachshund Charlie and our beautiful Beagle Daisy Mae. I also enjoy lounging around so I can take in the beautiful scenery from our own back porch. My love of Western North Carolina and the people who call it home make my real estate career more than a job— it's a pleasure.
